Our Story

From my little restaurant in Sparks, NV we made some of the best breakfast burritos in the Truckee Meadows. Our homemade salsa was the flavor buster in these burritos and was requested more and more. My trusty kitchen manager Cristina and I perfected the recipe for the Woo Hoo That's Hot! and the Not That Hot salsas. Our customers would ask us while ordering , "How hot is the salsa?" We would reply "Not that hot." Boom! Not That Hot was named! While making our hotter version, Cristina tasted the finished product and said, "Woo Hoo That's Hot!" Boom! Enjoy with chips, beef, chicken, pork, fish, chili, soups, eggs, and ice cream. Okay...maybe not ice cream.
